Director, Coach, Mentor
As a young child, Tillman set his sights on playing college lacrosse at University of Virginia. That dream became a reality in 2000, where over the next four years he became one of the most decorated players within Virginia's men's lacrosse program. His success didn't happen overnight. It took countless hours and years of hard work, where he poured his heart and soul into becoming one of the top lacrosse goalies of all time. His exceptional lacrosse journey has shaped the academy's leading goalie training programs.
With more than 15 years of coaching experience, solely focused on boys and girls lacrosse goalies, Tillman is passionate about sharing his personal experiences and training philosophy to help players rise to the next level. He is currently the Director of Laxachusetts’ Goalie School and in 2012 served as an Assistant Coach of the Duxbury Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team who won the DI State Tournament. Tillman was recently inducted into the St. Mary’s Athletics Hall of Fame, his high school alma mater in Annapolis, Maryland.
Tillman currently resides in Duxbury MA with his wife Ruta and son Tillman Riley.
